Cancellations more than 7 days before your event are fully refunded. Within 7 days, a cancellation fee applies that increases as the event date approaches.

How do I connect my laptop to the screen?

The screen supports HDMI input. Use your laptop's HDMI out (or USB-C via an adapter) and set the display to extend or duplicate. Our team confirms the connection at setup.

We offer three plans: pay upfront (save 10%), deposit today with balance due 7 days before your event, or monthly installments for bookings 2+ months out.

Yes. All displayed prices include GST (5%) and QST (9.975%), so there are no surprises at checkout.

Is the deposit refundable?

A deposit of 10% of your total confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance follows the payment plan you choose. If you cancel, your refund on amounts paid beyond the deposit follows our sliding scale — full refund 7+ days before your event, decreasing as the date approaches.
