Why we built Screenhaus
Renting a screen usually starts with a quote request and a wait. Then comes the email chain, and the venue question nobody mentioned until the week of. Most people booking a screen have a whole event to run, and the screen is one line on their list.
See the price before you talk to anyone
Your full rate card opens in about 30 seconds, with add-ons and volume pricing on it. There's no quote to request.
Book it and change it yourself
Check a date in about a minute, book online, and move the date free up to 7 days before. It works at 2:00 on a Sunday, because that's when some of you do this.
Know what's happening
We clear the screen with your venue in writing, test your media a week ahead, and text you before 9:00 on event day with the arrival time.

Event planners
Put a real number in your client's proposal the same day. Every client booking sits in one account, and you see both the client price and your margin.
Marketers and exhibitors
Send the deck you already have and we'll build the loop. We deliver on your move-in slot and tell you the hall's power deadline before it costs you more.
Whoever got handed the office event
You don't need to know AV. Build a quote, export the PDF for whoever approves the spend, and we handle delivery, setup and pickup.
Venues
When a client asks for a screen you don't own, send them to us. We learn your load-in once, and our insurance certificate can name you.
Non-profits and community organisers
Budgets get set months ahead, so you see the number now and plan around it. There's a reduced community rate and four donated days a year.
Couples and families
This is probably the first screen you've rented. You get one price with delivery and setup in it, and we'll build the photo loop if you'd like.
