To enhance your rental, we offer add-ons for design support, weekend and off-hours installations or tear downs, or additional technician coverage for more immediate support during your event.
Design
Basic
We'll build you a media or video loop from your existing assets: video, graphics, logos, and brand kit. We'll provide you with 3 versions to choose from and 2 edits. We handle projects by email - no discovery call or meeting involved.

Best for: tight timelines, when you have the assets, but you need someone to assemble them, private events, weddings, celebrations of life, etc.
Time-boxed to: 2 hours of work for our team (anything above that will be upgraded to the pro plan)
Pro
We'll set up a discovery session to understand your goals and build something custom.

- Design plus customisations
- Live integrations, like a fundraising total climbing as pledges land
Best for: professional or high-stakes events, when pixel perfection is critical, when you have custom needs that require more wiring than a simple loop.
Pro needs 10 business days.
* In cases where the discovery call leads to major works, or requires more than 5 hours of our team's time, billing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Convenience
Weekend install or teardown
For delivery, installs and pickups outside of Monday to Thursday during 9-5, we're pleased to offer more flexible options for a slight premium. Must be arranged at least 7 days in advance.
